Staff working in the homes are CPR and First Aid certified. We do criminal background checks and drug testing on all employees that we hire. Staff are also required to take training courses offered by the corporation to help them in acquiring skills to perform their duties in the group home. Staff are required to help the residents with their daily living and hygiene skills.
Our corporation started in 1974 with two group homes and we have grown to sixteen group homes. Our homes are located throughout Billings, Montana and house between one and eight residents in each home. We serve approximately 82 residents and have a staff of about 150 individuals working several different shifts in the homes. We have 24-hour staff in the homes. The residents go to day programs or jobs during the day.
